The service appt procedure was smooth. Pricing was good. All staff was friendly and service staff was apologetic for the wait. It seemed that they were short staffed- she was incredibly busy. Better communication on use of the shuttle (which I requested but never came) and when service work is done is encouraged. I would recommend giving a tentative completion time- I wasn't sure if it would be done that day and I only have one car. I will try them again based on the positives. More

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. My car ended up being there for longer than expected, but Vince got me set up with a rental car so I could still get around.
