I have to contact them back again and again in the first 30 days after that all been silent , nobody contact me back with any updates of my missing parts. Before they get you money they will promise you anything ( ex , the missing parts will come tomorrow , you can come pick up next day , I can order them with overnight shipping ) , After they got your money they will treats you like a stupid person. You just have to beg for the help. If you want more answer on the phone , they just going to hang up the line !!! More

I've been leasing from Antwerpen for years. I had been going to another location but switched to the Catonsville location for this current lease because I was not satisfied with the customer service I had going to another location but switched to the Catonsville location for this current lease because I was not satisfied with the customer service I had been receiving at Clarksville. Brought my Santa Fe to the Catonsville location for routine service and a couple of concerns. From my short experiene so far, Catonsville really pays attention to the customer, especially ones who have been loyal customers like myself, with Hyundai. Patti, in the service department was terrific! She listened to my concerns and made sure she wrote down what I said so the technician had my exact words. She kept me up to date on how long it would be. Cant say enough good things about her! More

Part of my service was not completed and I received the wrong information as to why. I didn’t receive a call when my vehicle was done. I was told a multi point check was completed and fluids were topped of wrong information as to why. I didn’t receive a call when my vehicle was done.
