I just purchased a new 2021 Tuscan and I’ve had my new car for 2 days and I’m experiencing problems already and the car only has 81 miles on it. The brake pedal shakes when stopping from high speeds. You know you have come to the right place , when a glitch is encountered and is addressed immediately by a concerned management team and SOLVED ! That is exactly what I experienced on my recent servicing vis is encountered and is addressed immediately by a concerned management team and SOLVED ! That is exactly what I experienced on my recent servicing visit . The problem got the immediate attention of Chris Murray the new Service Mgr. . Coincidently , Gen. Mgr. Maurice Mitchell got involved as well , via his concern for " customer value " . Interestingly , the term " Customer Value " was the trem used by both Mr. Murray and Mr. Mitchell . This told me there was a true caring and understanding on Antwerpen's part for the value the CUSTOMER pays in running successful dealership.. When we value and respect each other , we both win short and long term . I got both and am telling others to help in their being reassured . Last, but not least , I must compliment my Service Rep. Patti . It was Patti who took the intiative to seek a solution . To Patti's credit , she realized this was a glitch that would also impact many other customers if not addressed and repaired . Patti took action to get and got a solution . More
I dropped my car off for recall service work and was told it would be an hour or two and they would call me back for pick up. I checked in several times to inquire about the car status with no help. In fact, it would be an hour or two and they would call me back for pick up. I checked in several times to inquire about the car status with no help. In fact, I was hung up on several times...intentionally. I was at a loss for words with the unprofessionalism of this dealership. Eventually, the car was ready, but none of this was ever relayed to me so I just patiently waited and reached my breaking point and showed up to the dealership and they said my keys could not be located. I asked to speak with the manager and we discussed the entire ordeal and he said someone would be in touch with me, but that never happened. Shocker. This dealership is dead to me and if you value your time, effort and energy, then I'd take your vehicle else where moving forward. I believe Jaylen was in charge of my account and I'm sure he was the one hanging up on me. I could also hear the employees snicker and take enjoyment in my frustration. If you've read this far, then please know that I don't do reviews...EVER, but I had to report on this due to the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed towards me and I hope you choose wisely when deciding to take your car here for anything. The manager I dealt with was Maurice Mitchell and while he was kind enough to speak with me on the matter the day of when I showed up to retrieve my car, he did not follow up in any way when he said he would and it's been 2 weeks, so....whatever.
