It was a very decent experience at this location - it’s always important to remember that the customer has all the power in this situation - no matter what. Being able to work as a team is extremely important to satisfy the needs of the customer. That was the key to this experience- Stephane, the salesman, was able to able to meet that level. His personality was positive especially for a younger person. He allowed me to pursue what I wanted as a customer. Lots of salesman try to over push a product - that is not how you accomplish a car sale; I’m very satisfied with how he handled himself in this situation. He was very attentive and was able to explain every thing along with answer all the questions that I had. I encourage him to keep that positive, attentive attitude as his experience grows, and never get into the habit of older salesman that tend to be more pushy and rush through things. Stephane was very courteous and polite. And he kept asking multiple times if I needed anything or had any other questions. He had the correct attitude to do this job properly. Very easy transaction that was kept the level of stressful was low. The finance representative Angel Cooper had an awesome personality that glowed with positivity. She made sure every document was explained properly and easily to understand. Another part that was held to low stress. Great job to both. I stress my hope that both of these employees keep their positive image and make the experience I had as positive for every future customer. Came in to get a recall addressed. Once the car was finished, we arrived and asked for the car and the individual that was asked to get the vehicle said "I'm having my coffee first." After waiting for finished, we arrived and asked for the car and the individual that was asked to get the vehicle said "I'm having my coffee first." After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, we approached the counter and inquired where the car was and were informed we needed to talk to the manager. Turns out they lost the key to the vehicle! Not the first 1 Star experience here More
