I’ll start by saying if Tom Clarke isn’t up for consideration for a management position he needs to be re evaluated. My husband and I came in just to see where we stood on buying a new car. My credit isn’t the greatest but it’s decent, we came in to look at the 2021 Hyundai Palisade. Tom took all the work into his own hands and went above and beyond to make sure with the amount of money we had as a down payment that we walked out of the dealership as proud new owners of the Palisade. After many back and fourths between upper management and banks, Tom came back with great news and we got approved for a loan. We could’ve have more impressed with Tom and his professionalism, and how he went out of his way to help us.
