When I pulled up to the Service Center I had to wait at least 4 to 5 minutes before anyone approached my vehicle. I was at the dealership close to 2 hours for an oil change. The Service Rep mentioned I ne least 4 to 5 minutes before anyone approached my vehicle. I was at the dealership close to 2 hours for an oil change.
