My service was great and it took about 1 hour a half to 2 hurts for a recall on my Trunk Latch! The service men were awesome. Although the older Cashier had to get the service dept to correct a battery pr hurts for a recall on my Trunk Latch! The service men were awesome. I was scheduled for an appointment at 1pm for just an oil change. I didn’t get out of there until 3:45pm… apparently people were out for lunch. Why even schedule me if people aren’t even going to be there to change. I didn’t get out of there until 3:45pm… apparently people were out for lunch. Why even schedule me if people aren’t even going to be there to service it? I got into my vehicle and the service sticker on my window wasn’t even updated. I told the service guy and he updated a setting in my dash to notify me on my next service but let’s see if that even works. The lounge also had no water bottles so waiting around was xxx. Very poor experience. More
