On 12 April 2022, I made an appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2020 Santa Fe. I dropped the car off early in the morning and never received word that it was finished - I had to ca changed and tires rotated on my 2020 Santa Fe. When I picked it up, I noticed that the tires weren't rotated because one of the rims is scuffed and that tire was still in its original location. I called Antwerpen and they said that I could schedule another appointment to have the tires rotated. I brought the Santa Fe in on 26 April 2022, dropped it off at 7:30 AM, and once again did not get a message when the car was ready. I picked it up late in the day and once again - tires were not rotated. Now I'm wondering if my oil was actually changed. I would have never expected this poor service from a Hyundai dealership. Fortunately, they didn't charge me for the oil change but I'm wondering if they are claiming to do the work and then just pocketing the reimbursement from Hyundai USA. Suffice it to say, I will never go back to Antwerpen Hyundai. More
