My most recent TWO visits have been awful and I've now lost complete trust and confidence that they are the best place to service my Hyundai. Either of my Hyundais for that matter. They are understaffed a lost complete trust and confidence that they are the best place to service my Hyundai. Either of my Hyundais for that matter. They are understaffed and unable to get you in when needed even in emergency circumstances and they are rude and unapologetic about it. They are in too much of a hurry to do the job properly and yet still want to constantly recommend unnecessary over priced services. They over charged me for a rental that should have been covered during a month long warranty repair because they pick and choose who will get covered and who won't, I'm assuming based on the profit margin of the repair. I still have received ZERO guidance on reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses during this repair, such as towing (which would not have been necessary if they hadn't been 3 WEEKS OUT to get an appointment after the initial breakdown). I have asked on 2 separate visits to have an inoperable taillight looked at/fixed, and both times told its fine.... it DOESN'T WORK. Just all around horrible service. Like I said, I've lost all faith in Antwerpen Hyundai and will not return nor recommend the dealership any further. More
