This was my car’s first service. Patti was great. I was expecting them to vacuum out the car like all other dealers do but nope. No vacuum no wash. I was probably spoiled by my last dealers. I visited the parts department on a Saturday to pick up a new key fob for my daughter's vehicle, not knowing that I needed an appointment to have it programmed. Unfortunately, I had a flat and went to get it fixed. They identified the reason but returned my car unfixed. I would have had a major accident on the highway if the alert didn't come up again.
