It was an excellent experience! We were greeted by Chris Lahey right when we arrived. He introduced us to his manager and checked us in for our 11 AM appointment. He got the truck pulled up to the door within minutes of us being there. We were there for a specific truck and he made sure it was still available. We were so happy that it was ! We got to test drive the truck and as we test drove it, he explained features of the truck. Once we pulled into the dealership parking, he continued to explain more about the truck and the pricing. There was no gray area, he was clear and answered all of our questions. My dad and I had specific numbers we needed to walk out with and Chris worked so hard to help us get there ! He worked with his manager, Ben which was also awesome and very helpful! They did so much for us and were so kind to us. We have bought cars before and have dealt with many car salesmen and managers.
