Then came negotiations we discussed pricing and just when we were close and could not decide he called in General Sales Manager Michael Audino who also was very patient and Professional no pressure no take or leave statement but offered us more incentives and best of all lowered the price ! The Deal was completed with his Help . Then on to Finance department and again a pleasant person with Nicollet the finance person . I entered this dealership a stranger and came away feeling like a member of their Family ! Thank you all for a wonderful and pleasant car buying experience!!!!! More
