I came in to test drive the Buick Encore on April 23rd. Cesar assisted me. I told him what my requirements were. I requested an automatic liftgate. I loved the blue color but did not want a sunroof. I has a very disappointed experience today at the GMC dealership. I visited to follow up on a pending transaction involving my previous truck. I spoke with salesman Cesar Martinez, simply asking for an u dealership. I visited to follow up on a pending transaction involving my previous truck. I spoke with salesman Cesar Martinez, simply asking for an update,instead of assisting me professionally, Cesar became upset, raised his voice and aggressively told me to leave the premises. This is completely unacceptable behaviour and not how any customer should be treated. Sales staff should be trained in customer service communication. Cesar Martinez reaction feel disrespected and unwelcome. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training or disciplinary action.
