Great customer service!!! Mike Ayoub was very professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful. He even pulled the car into the service department when it started raining, so we could more clos professional, accommodating, and extremely helpful. We were concerned about a small issue underneath the car and he tried to fix it at no additional cost. While it wasn't resolved, and we'll end up doing it ourselves, the overall impression of Mike A was great customer service. Mike O handled our paperwork, though we didn't finance, and tried his best to add an extended warranty, but he wasn't overly pushy when we declined. The best part of the overall: NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!! We were given an out-the-door price, and it even included KY sales tax, so we knew the total price to take possession of the car, including taxes & fees (not paid to dealer). And I cut the check for that exact amount, no extras slid in. Thanks again, and I even spoke highly of your dealership on the website of another local dealer ;-) More
