Bad experience- buyer beware! I recently went car shopping with my college age daughter for her first car, wanting to make this a great experience for her. Unfortunately it has been anything but. Tha shopping with my college age daughter for her first car, wanting to make this a great experience for her. Unfortunately it has been anything but. That night my daughter drove her new car home and the check engine Light came on. I called and spoke with the dealer and we set up a service appointment. I was told it was the thermostat and it would be $356 I asked if there was anything they could do for me considering I’ve had the car less than a few hours not to mention the part itself is a $15.00 part. They did advise that I could buy the part on my own and they were deducted from the labor making the total $341.00. Thank you Sullivan Buick of Arlington Heights for ruining my daughters first car buying experience! More
