NIGHTMARE TO A DREAM The past 2 months I felt have been a nightmare with car shopping at misc car dealers, but when I went to look a vehicle at Sullivan Buick, I have neve The past 2 months I felt have been a nightmare with car shopping at misc car dealers, but when I went to look a vehicle at Sullivan Buick, I have never felt more comfortable. Marco was my salesman and was a great help throughout the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush me into anything. Even when it came time to signing papers, Marco was very nice to my friend (who was my ride to dealership) and pulled her mobility van into their garage so her vehicle could stay warm and so when it was time to leave she was able to push her daughter (who has special needs and is in wheel chair/stroller) into the van without having her go into the cold. Thank you so much Marco and Sullivan Team for helping me and making this possible, I really appreciate it! More

The best experience car shopping. This is my second car from Sullivan. I emailed Victor to help me find a sales representative that would help me and not take advantage of my situation (my car was totaled) from Sullivan. Average service, mistakes, and lies Jeremy (sales) is nice and personable. He made a few mistakes with minor price issues that didn’t cost me more than $200 extra. I admire this behavior. However, I was told that I needed to provide SS# since I was taking the car before full pay-off but that my credit wouldn’t be run. They did run my credit even though I was told they would not. I called Dan, and while he was apologetic at the end of the call, he was very defensive in the beginning of the call; I felt like he tried to belittle my perspective; and, he tried to explain the mistake instead of taking responsibility. The reason they ran the credit made sense, but it was still the opposite of what I was promised. Finally, I got an email from OnStar on my fourth day of owning the car that said my anti-lock brake system needed to be checked out. Jeremy verified in writing that their service department would charge me, even just to look at it, if there was damage not covered by warranty - regardless of fault. I guess I’m kind of surprised that Sullivan, where I bought the car, wouldn’t just look at it for free based on the OnStar diagnostic email I forwarded them. I was hoping to generally service my car with Sullivan. Further, if there is a problem with the antilock braking system on the fourth day I owned the car, and Sullivan isn’t willing to stand behind the car to fix the problem, then I guess I feel like I’m just a number in the monthly sales and not a valued customer. I hate that this series of events confirms some thoughts I already had about the dealership (another salesman, not Jeremy, had been very rude and impatient to my elderly mother who went in to buy a car there), and in the future, I’ll know that some deals just aren’t worth it. I don’t blame the salesman for tipping this experience to negative since apparently it’s the call of your service department and the administration; but overall, I would say that I’m mostly dissatisfied with the Sullivan experience for a number of reasons - even though I very much like the car and the price. More
