In August of 2018 I needed to upgrade to a safer, family style SUV. I found a great used Ford Edge at Sullivan. I was lucky enough to be transferred that day to Chris, who had the car ready upon my arrival to test drive. Needless to say we fell in love with the car after spending several months at a dozen other dealers. The purchasing process was simple and easy. I went back to have the car serviced at their dealership and was extremely impressed by the overall care and quality of workmanship for my vehicle. Between Sales and Service, you never walk away without a solution to your needs. This is why when my husband needed a car we knew there would be no other dealer we wanted to work with but Sullivan. Now a year later down to the same month, we found our next vehicle addition to the family. I called Chris and we arrived to find the vehicle waiting in front to check out. We did not feel it was the vehicle for us so we looked at another. Both Chris and the manager worked with us to get the numbers just right so we could walk away that day with one of their used Buick Enclaves.
