My wife and I are so happy with our purchase and overall experience at Arlington Heights Buick GMC. With the assistance of customer solutions Shelley Barr and the general manager Michael Audino, we have a experience at Arlington Heights Buick GMC. With the assistance of customer solutions Shelley Barr and the general manager Michael Audino, we have a wonderful new addition to our family, a gorgeous Buick Envision. Shelley was tireless in her efforts assisting us to find the right vehicle. She was such a good listener and offered us to try a few different options to meet our needs. We test drove an Envision, which was just right. Actually, it was perfect. The Envista and the Encore were both wonderful cars, drove great, and will both work well for us at different stages of our family, and the Envision is the perfect transportation solution for our family now. We didn't know Buick offered such good new cars. Michael Audino collaborated with Shelley and us to find a vehicle with the optimal option package and pricing schedule for us to afford such a phenomenal car. The Envision drives so smoothly and we feel smothered in luxury with the leather seats, finely tuned sound system, wonderful sun roof and a technology package to customize the car environment perfect for us. We will be going to Arlington Heights Buick GMC for future cars for our children, and would recommend anyone looking for a good car to consult with Shelley and Michael.
