Went in last week to check out car I had seen on line. The car was exactly as described. While cruising the lot salesman, Kevin Fernquist, gave us a test drive and described everything in detail. He explained all controls and answered all my questions and concerns. We went in to talk figures. He showed us the carfax up front. With no pressure loaned us the car for a 24 hour test drive. He didn't even call to hassle us within those 24 hours. Which was very impressive. Went back next day and bought the vehicle. He worked the figures into our budget and explain all the fun options that helped me set up Onstar and connect my phone to car. Will Definately recommend Sullivan to family and friends. Sullivan Buick is not your typical pushy Cardealer!! More

Phil took the time to get us the best discounts and calculate the monthly payments on a 2015 GMC Acadia. When the vehicle was delivered, he led us through all the technology, made sure we understood the features, and gave us his cell number in case we had any questions. Our previous car, a GMC Envoy, was purchased from Joe Mitchell Buick and GMC. When they closed, I was pleased to find out that the service personnel found their way to Sullivan.
