We had a great service experience at Arlington Heights Ford. Service Advisor Billy and Service Mgr Mike Waddle teamed up to take care of checking us in. Mike called about the progress of the necessary w Ford. Service Advisor Billy and Service Mgr Mike Waddle teamed up to take care of checking us in. Mike called about the progress of the necessary work and to notify us when the vehicle was ready. Billy retrieved our Expedition and it was washed and set to go. It was just a completely positive experience, as we have come to expect after many years of being treated amazingly well at AH Ford. We highly recommend the AH Ford service department. More
