Robert Cormier honestly made the whole thing convenient (and fun) for me. Went out of his way for me. Texted/emailed as he understood that was easier for me. I genuinely believed he cared more about me bei (and fun) for me. Went out of his way for me. Texted/emailed as he understood that was easier for me. I genuinely believed he cared more about me being happy with my purchase than he did about him simply making a sale, which, is really how it should be. He did not constantly harass/pressure me but was reachable and responsive when I had questions or needed to try to work through hiccups that came up as we tried to find my dream car. I took a while, and was a more challenging case, but i left one happy customer :-) More
