Came in for a GPS update. Was told the ones available weren’t good, and have to wait two weeks. I scheduled the appointment a week ahead, and was surprised no one contacted me about not having a GPS update that was ready to install. I now have nothing on my Home Screen, it’s completely black, and am waiting for what I assume is my original system to restart again In a couple of days. Yikes. Victor was honest and helpful. More
