Would give a 5, but promised in about 1 hour and took 1-1/2 hours, which almost made me late for customers at my business. Also left the keys in the car outside. Forgot I had a warranty. I brought my SUV to the Quick Lane due to a low tire pressure. Turns out I had a nail in the tire. Grateful for Quicklane...quick, no scheduled, service. For this occurrence, I knew I had a note with an authorization for a free oil change/Works (following a new car purchase), but couldn't find it initially. The service guy believed me. By the time I departed, I was able to present that note/authorization. But, he believed me w/o it. Cool ! More
