A nightmare It seems like Arlington Heights Ford just hires morons to do service writing I asked Wade three times what was wrong with my car and he had no answer It seems like Arlington Heights Ford just hires morons to do service writing I asked Wade three times what was wrong with my car and he had no answer I asked to talk to his boss and he told me he was busy I want to pick my car up it was still doing the same thing and they wanted me to pay $165 diagnostic fee and I ended up having to take it to a small garage and they fix the problem More

Bad Service and they won't respect the people . I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . They worked on recalls related to seat I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . They worked on recalls related to seat belt and airbag the airbag-seat belt light started glowing . The main frustrated they won't treat customer with any respect . I try to talk with the service manager or director but they told they were busy . I never saw this kind of service . They want to make money only on diagnose charge . More

We bought our first car the night before we were married. While I have bought many cars before arlington height ford I never felt the need or wanted to go back. It does not matter if you need service or a new car they treat you like you are the most important person in the world. Based on conversations with a friend she went bought a car and is now on the 2nd purchase,she agrees and wishes she found AH ford sooner.
