Initially the assistant (not JP) was in a hurry to leave so he rushed thru the orientation. The finance dept. can loosing paperwork so I had to re-submit a couple of times. Eventually they got it right. JP was not part of this and worked hard to coordinate information requirements.. And he was very helpful in getting the car I needed including switching from an order for a Highlander to the RAV4. And he definitely showed an interest in my situation.
