Their technicians get the job done right the first time. They know my car better than I do (which is saying something). When you tell them something isn’t right, they believe you and dig in to find it and fix it. So refreshing from the doubt cast from other mechanics because they don’t know how to recognize when little things are wrong that will lead to bigger problems. Tom Urbina takes care of my car like it’s his own, and I really appreciate that. He gives me options on good, better, and best repair strategies. I’m a believer now, and will never service a Honda anywhere else but Arrowhead Honda, especially for a high mileage Honda like my Hondas are.
