We needed the car back ASAP for afternoon events. After further investigation, some other warranty items were discovered needing attention. Tom conveyed our need to have the car available by 12:30PM. The technicians worked efficiently and managed to get us the car back in a very timely matter - by 12:30PM, despite the extra problems which were discovered later. We very much appreciate the tech's efforts and Tom's, to repair our vehicle and get us on our way! More
