Explanations are given in a clear manner, recommendations given for necessary repairs/ services, etc. The Saturday hours for minor repairs/ oil changes is great. Love the shuttle service.. I have used the shuttle service to take me to and from work- so I did not have to take time off to have my car serviced. I have been a customer for the last 18 years. Highly recommend!! More

Another great experience! Eric was great, stayed in contact through out my lease, and then we upgraded to a new CRV, he went over everything on the CRV, pre set everything for Eric was great, stayed in contact through out my lease, and then we upgraded to a new CRV, he went over everything on the CRV, pre set everything for us, even came out to the house and programmed our garage door, hands down best customer service. He personally picked up the vehicle from the other dealership and contacted us when he was on his way back. During this period we were free to do our errands for the day. At the time of taking custody of the vehicle Matt took his time to explain and configure the electronics of the vehicle to our liking and answered all our questions and concerns. After taking custody of the vehicle Matt has always been quick to respond to our questions and concerns regarding the vehicle.
