Great Service from start to finish! I purchased my 2018 Civic Hatchback on January 27th. I want to include that I had already done a test drive at a different dealership. I had fallen in love with the car but was so turned off by the test drive experience at the other place that I started to look at other vehicles. Bottom line was I wanted the Civic. Arrowhead Honda was recommended to us by our bank. (USAA) Steven Nguyen reached out to us and sent us a price quote that was honest and easy to understand. We drove past 2 other Honda dealerships to get to Arrowhead Honda. From the moment we arrived Steven made us feel comfortable and clearly explained every detail of the deal. He had the model and color I wanted pulled up front and ready for me. We arrived at 10:15am and by 12:30pm I was driving off the lot in my brand new car happy as can be!!
