On December 6th,2010, I purchased my first Honda (2008 Accord EXL,Certified vehicle). It was my first visit at Arrohead Honda. I am the director or sales training for a major US company and am always on guard for poor quality of sales personnel. It was a pleasure dealing with all the staff at Arrowhead Honda. Eric G. was our sales associate and did all the right things. There was never any pressure and every question asked was answered and honest. When was the last time a potential customer said they were going to leave and have lunch AFTER they received the price? Brian, the sales manager, came over and asked if there were any issues or if he could help us make the decision and when we said no he and Eric, our sales associates, told us to enjoy our lunch. Zero, pressure. We were having trouble deciding between two vehicle types and Eric kept asking which fit our lifestyle best, even though I know he would have made a better commission on one of them. I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead Honda. We set up our meeting with Fleet Sales Representative Brian Alexander before arriving. Brian met us at the door when we arrived. He was very informative and honest with us about our price range. He made the car buying experience very comfortable. His humor brought levity to what is often a stressful experience. After some debate, I decided to go with an Acura Integra. It was in pristine condition. Though I had a wait a few days for the car to be detailed and inspected for safety, they rented me a car for the wait time. I was impressed on how easy the car rental experience was as well. The Acura is definitely the right car for me. I have a great time driving it. I would not be in this car today without the service Brian provided. My only criticism of Arrowhead Honda is that when I finally received my car, it did not have a full tank of gas. In fact, it was nearly empty. Hopefully, this will not be an issue for future customers. More

Eric Galliani was great to work with. We did not arrive at the Arrowhead Honda Dealership until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, 1/4/11. However, not once did Eric make us feel rushed or in any way make us feel it was at the Arrowhead Honda Dealership until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, 1/4/11. However, not once did Eric make us feel rushed or in any way make us feel it was an inconvenience to him that he was staying late to assist us. He gave very thorough explanations regarding the features of the car and several times throughout our discussions asked if there were any questions he could answer for us. Dino immediately followed up with me after the sale to make sure I had no problems. I will not consider buying a vehicle anywhere but Arrowhead Honda because I know they provide consistent, caring service from sale to service to trade in. I ended up at Arrowhead Honda when I saw a used car that I liked on-line. It took about a week and several test drives of a few different cars, but Eric was patient, professional, and just as persistent as I liked on-line. I was shopping for a mini van and went to Dodge, Toyota and Arrowhead Honda. At first I was looking for a used van. I did a lot of research and looking. I even called Mike from another dealership with some and Arrowhead Honda. At first I was looking for a used van. I did a lot of research and looking. I even called Mike from another dealership with some questions and he explained everything so I could understand. Mike was always available to us and provided us with so much information. At no time did Mike "pressure us to buynow" like car salesmen can do. After thinking and test driving I decided to buy a 2011 Odyssey. When I picked up the van Mike covered all the functions of the van and continued to answer my questions. Mike made the paperwork easy for me by getting some information from me and then I had to leave for awhile. When I returned to pickup the van and finish paper work it was swift and to the point. I don't remember the young mans name in the financial office but he was friendly and efficient.
