I arrived at the dealership with an appointment with Alex. I was told that Alex wasn't in to work that day because he had babysitting problems. When I asked if anyone could give me a road test with a Alex. I was told that Alex wasn't in to work that day because he had babysitting problems. When I asked if anyone could give me a road test with a ridgeline Robert Pitman was standing nearby and immediately said that he would be happy to give me a road test. Robert took care of me and all my questions even though he had no idea that I was going to be at the dealership that morning.
