I had the pleasure of working with Bill Berlese at Atlantic Chevrolet. From the moment I walked into the dealership he treated me like a member of the family. Very down to earth, friendly and very knowledgeable of current inventory. I sometimes find car shopping very stressful but in this case it was a very pleasant, stress free experience. He explained all to me in great detail and was very patient with me. I ended up with a Traverse in the Black Cherry color I was looking for and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Apparently he is also a great cook - he gave me a sample and recipe for his famous chicken meatballs -which are delicious!! Would definitely work with Bill again in the future. More

This dealership sold me an certified preoowned truck that had a broken all wheel drive. I had the truck 3 months and it shut down. The truck has been in service for a month waiting for a part with no end in had a broken all wheel drive. I had the truck 3 months and it shut down. The truck has been in service for a month waiting for a part with no end in sight. Lawrence Atlins is a horrible salesman and he LIED to me. Sold me a piece of junk. Do not EVER purchase a car here. God forbid you need service. Evelyn Romero-the "receptionist" is a horrible employee who is rude, dumb and extremely unhelpful. Megan is the "sales customer service representative" She would make a better prison warden. I will make it a point to let everyone know that this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with . More
