I worked with Patrick to find the right A4 for me. It's been 10 years since my last new car, so he took the time to explain all the new tech on the car and let me take a long test drive. We were able to negotiate a fair price via email and gave me a good price for my trade-in. Very professional and no stress or pressure. Closing went quickly and no last minute surprises.
