40 k oil change done. No problems with scheduling or loaner car. Staff was courteous and efficient. My Q7 continues to run great. Two things I want to mention. 1. The car wash was terrible. My experience with Audi of Beaverton was fantastic. From scheduling to drop off to loaner car was easy as pie. When I left something in the loaner car they were quick to find it and help me get it back with scheduling to drop off to loaner car was easy as pie. I took in my 2016 all road for service. I purchased audi care, so the service is covered. After the inspection there were 5 items that needed repair. The quote for repair priced the parts at 30% over MSRP care, so the service is covered. After the inspection there were 5 items that needed repair. The quote for repair priced the parts at 30% over MSRP. I checked the parts price on the Audi Beaverton website, which was having a sale, and the parts were 40% over your own website posted price. That is price gouging. How can you charge your own customers a 40% mark up on parts. The repairs seems to be completed to standards and the loaner car service was very nice. My only other complaint was that when my car was returned to me the right front tire was covered in grease. Even though a car wash was not included in the service, you should clean up the grease left by the repair. More

I've never experienced an easier time to purchase a new vehicle than when I went to Audi Beaverton. I was able to do some of the paperwork online, and finish the rest at the showroom.
