I was really disappointed with the service this time and am not sure I will go back to you in the future. The first issue that happened I would normally overlook. Because of the time it was taking to get my warranty work certified you kept my Q7 longer than we originally thought it was going to take which is totally reasonable. I asked for a loaner car and was told someone would get back to me and they never did. As a working parents it's difficult being down a car and waiting for you to get back to me made our scheduling even more difficult. Why couldn't you call me back with an update when you said you would? My main concern is that when my Q7 was dropped back off to me there were multiple parts sitting in the back seat that hadn't been reinstalled after they had been removed. So not only was the work not completed but my vehicle obviously wasn't sanitized after service members had been inside the car. This concerns me greatly during a pandemic. The car was picked up again and the parts were reinstalled but again there was little to no evidence of cleaning of the car that you usually provide, still not sure it was even sanitized. The only reason I bring my Q7 to you is because the quality of service that you usually provide but this time it was garbage. For real... There were parts left off and sitting in my backseat and you marked the work as completed and returned the car to me. how can I trust any of your work? Did you install the new brake parts correctly or did you leave parts off that too? I reached out to Callum with my concerns and have yet to hear back from him. More
