The good people at the Airport Way service center actually drove out to my home in rural Washington and for no charge picked up my Audi. Back at the service center, they worked on the vehicle and sanitized the interior as they dropped it off at my home. These folks really go out of their way to work smartly, efficiently, and kindly. I so appreciate their thoughtful and expert service. More
Excellent service - East side location (and Niki) I took my Audi A4 to the Airport Way location for service last week for the standard 20k service. I also did a tire rotation. There was a small snafu with my loaner vehicle because my license expired (DMV isn't open due to COVID-19), but otherwise the service was excellent. An interesting aside - I called Niki from my vehicle after the service as suddenly Apple CarPlay was available in my car. Niki took it upon herself to investigate further and proactively emailed me to let me know that my car should have had CarPlay available from the time of purchase. We aren't sure how to explain the sudden appearance, but nonetheless I'm happy! More

Totally Pro I have been dealing with Audi Beaverton for about 6 years and just picked up my 2020 S5 Sportback. Buying a new car in the middle of the pandemic was I have been dealing with Audi Beaverton for about 6 years and just picked up my 2020 S5 Sportback. Buying a new car in the middle of the pandemic was daunting but Craig and the dealership had the showroom set up to insure social distancing and sanitized surfaces, down to signing paperwork digitally. It was a great experience overall. The service department is unlike any other I've experienced. Corey and the rest of the staff also had social distancing set up and my loaner sanitized. Communication is excellent and service is exceptional. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone looking for a car. Did I mention that their product is great?! Thanks, everyone! Mike More
