What an excellent service department you have! I drive from 2 hours away just to have my Audi professionally serviced by your team. Niki sets up my appointment at a convenient time and if it will take awh from 2 hours away just to have my Audi professionally serviced by your team. Niki sets up my appointment at a convenient time and if it will take awhile, offers a loaner vehicle.The previous visit, it was a brand new car which gave me pause and a long walk from the very last far end parking spot at IKEA. So fun to see the new things Audi has in their newer vehicles! Rod from the service department was also quite helpful. When I left my service appointment, I got about 20 minutes away and had issues with my hood not closing properly. Upon returning to the department, Rod graciously came out and messed about with the latch and had me on my way in minutes without further issues. Top notch people you have which shows in your strong performance. Your service department area is bright, clean and welcoming. (Even when you had the water shut off!)
