First time at this service center was initially, only to perform a yearly service. The 2017, leased Q5 was worked on, in three other service centers around the US, trying to resolve problems with the key fob, door locks, and ignition, once for 3 weeks and no luck. When describing the issues to the Audi Service Advisor at Beaverton Audi, I told them “do not spend much time” looking at this problem as I was willing to deal with the issues for another year and move on to another vehicle. Joe Selander, the Service Advisor told me he had a very good technician, but would not spend too much time on the problem. The next day “WOW, received a call, that very good technician found the problem and would have the car ready the day after. The service result, has given me a car that is like new, the way it should have been from the beginning. Joe was very informative about what the problem was, the part was ordered and all the time I had the opportunity to drive a few loaners. I can’t say enough about resolving a problem where the only answer was to “Shake the key fob” so the car would recognize it, when trying to enter (unlock), start, or when the car gave a warning while driving down a road that the key was no longer in the vehicle. My confidence in Audi has been restored. A big Thank you, to Joe and your great service tech. More

Over and above the customer service. I found the SUV that I was hunting for. Shane was very helpful throughout the entire process of asking questions and financial negotiations.
