This is what every Dealership should be but usually isn't; Professional, Prepared, Speedy and Friendly. Professional service and exceptional customer experience I came in with a tight schedule to have my requested service work done quickly. I scheduled the appointed the day before and the service department w I came in with a tight schedule to have my requested service work done quickly. I scheduled the appointed the day before and the service department was exceptionally responsive as I needed some semi-private space to get work done and to dial into a meeting. There wasn't quite enough time to get a ride to my office and unfortunately due to the short notice, there weren't any loaner vehicles available. Fortunately, the service technicians completed the work on my brakes and my alignment in less time than I was quoted. During the service I was able to avail myself of the offered coffee and light snacks while I completed some work of my own in their quiet showroom. I even was allowed to step into a vacant conference room to make a sensitive phone call. At the conclusion, my vehicle was clean and in much better condition than when I first arrived. I was able to continue the remainder of my day smoothly as a result of their fast, efficient service. I have just one suggestion for an area of improvement. While there, I forgot to mention that my car needed the recall airbag replacement service. This was not asked of me during my visit or my phone calls to setup the appointment. I'm assuming that the recall is fairly recent as I received the notification from Audi via mail about 2 months prior. I will have to schedule another appointment to have this recall addressed. Other than that - my experience was excellent. Thank you More
