First service visit Customer service and the service to my vehicle were good but the waiting area falls a bit short: although refreshments are offered, there are no table Customer service and the service to my vehicle were good but the waiting area falls a bit short: although refreshments are offered, there are no tables near the sofas; the sofas are designed for 6' men (very deep); a 'cold' environment. I know this has no bearing on my car service, but I'm accustomed to the Portland Lexus waiting area. Audi east side fell short. More

From being welcomed on time, to arranging an Uber to work (and promptly arranging the return trip), everything was smooth, efficient, and easy. The service advisor even tracked my inbound Uber, met me as I got out, and walked me to my car, which was washed and ready. No waiting! With regard to the service, the maintenance was completed correctly, and they resolved the one issue with the car no questions asked (under warranty). This is the third car I've had serviced at Audi Beaverton (over 10 years), and I've always had great service - this service was at a totally different level. More
