He has always been courteous and very patient in answering all my questions, and I often ask a lot of them. Though clearly busy, he always found time to make us feel like valued customers. I have ordered parts for my 2004 allroad and 2005 A3 from Sunset Imports via their Web site. They have given excellent service at reasonable prices. I know my parts guy, Romney, by name even though he is 1500 miles from the faceless monolith of my local dealer (whose service and prices do not begin to compare favorably with Romney's). More

I purchased a nice, used BMW 5 series from Clint. He was very knowledgeable, and also easy-going. I felt no pressure to buy, but also felt he was happy to assist in any way with my buy decision. Price discussions were also easy, straight-forward, and quick. Overall a good experience. I also worked with a new car sales person named Patrick Curb. He had been helping me with the potential of buying a new Audi. When I expressed interest in the used BMW they had recently taken in trade-in, he was very professional in helping me check that car out... and didn't try to "keep" me with him, or "keep" me focused on the new car. I thought that was really cool - and many sales persons would not be so professional. More
