My review relates to the service management. I dropped my car off at 9 AM on Wednesday. The service rep said she would be out the following day, but if any questions to call the department. The following day I called at noon, left a message to find out the car’s status. No response by Audi. I called 2 more times and got no answer, but did not leave a message. I called a fourth time at about 4:30 because I knew they closed at 6 and left a message just to determine status. No response. On Friday at 7:10 AM, I receive a text saying car is ready for pickup. I was very disappointed that 1 I wasn’t able to call and have someone answer, 2 when I left a message I received no response until 2 days after I dropped the car off. Worst experience I’ve had with Audi Beaverton since 2009. The only positive was that the original service agent called me on Sunday to follow up and to ask if I was satisfied with the experience.. I told her of the disappointment and lack of communication to which she apologized. More
Patrick was great. He worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted and knew our time was valuable because we have two little babies. He was able to do so much of the process with us online so when we did come in to get our new car, we were only there to sign paperwork and get our keys. We just left the dealership after a wonderful experience. Our sales agent, Craig, was awesome! He was kind, courteous, and made sure that we were comfortable the entire experience.
