We didn't have the best of experiences the initial service trip, un-ordered parts, appointments times changed, delay's in the amount of tim improved. I arrived to the dealership Sunday at 1130ish...30 minutes before they opened and Liam took exceptionnel care of me and my situation...I came with a busted out windshield on my Q7. The buying experience a year or two ago was great. The service experience we've had especially lately has been very poor! It takes several calls to get anything schedule, we are never notified when parts service experience we've had especially lately has been very poor! It takes several calls to get anything schedule, we are never notified when parts come in our that our car is ready. Our service person told us an oil change would be an hour or two then he told us we needed to keep the car overnight. We were told we needed some break pads replaced and the parts needed to be ordered, then when we called to bring the car back in the parts had been shipped there already and we never heard from anyone to bring th3e car back in...very disappointing. More
