Having my Audi serviced at the Airport Way service center was as seamless as always. They bring a loaner to my work, pickup my car, send me an itemized inspection with pictures, clear descriptions and prices was as seamless as always. They bring a loaner to my work, pickup my car, send me an itemized inspection with pictures, clear descriptions and prices of recommended services and I either accept or decline from my phone. Then they bring me my car back and it is done. For anyone that needs a little time back in your life, this is the only way to to. Customer service, as always, was quick to respond to any questions. 5 stars!!! More

Ivan went above and beyond for us. We were leaving for a trip back to FL and were leaving in a few days. Ivan made sure he could get the parts and communicated with the techs the situation. Then he got me a trip back to FL and were leaving in a few days. Ivan made sure he could get the parts and communicated with the techs the situation. Then he got me a loaner. The service took a few days and Ivan kept us abreast of the progress. The car was ready early and was cleaned and ready to go. We are bi-coastal but always have our servicing done in OR! More
