I came to Audi of Burlington because I narrowed my searches down and the Audi dealership was in the area. My old vehicle is a 2010 Honda Accord. I was greeted by a young man name Trey. I told Trey that I was in the market for a new vehicle and that I was particular to the Audi A4, Trey then walked me outside around the car dealership discussing my options. When it was all said and done I did not purchase the vehicle, but through his excellent customer service, knowledge, and sure passion for his job I realized driving home that I will be back to get the car of my dreams. I don’t know if he’ll see this but I want to say thank you Trey for everything you did to make my experience special and one of kind. I’ll be seeing you again real soon thanks once again. More

He was a great listener and very patient when I explained what I was looking for in a car and he worked hard I had an awesome experience with Brendan. He was a great listener and very patient when I explained what I was looking for in a car and he worked hard to find it. It was delivered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. When the car came in, Brendan took a lot time to show me its features and help me set it up which I really appreciated given his wealth of knowledge in Audis. Even now after I got the car, he is always willing to help answer additional questions and he checks in with me to make sure everything is going well. Based on my experience, Brendan clearly brings the role of an "Audi Brand Specialist" to a new high. I will certainly go back to him anytime I need a car and would hands-down recommend him to anyone! Excellent experience I had an excellent experience with Tristan which actually surprised me since my previous experiences with auto sales haven't always been stellar. My husband and I were picking up our 2005 A4 from service around 8pm on a Thursday and we were just looking at the show room vehicles since we had been talking about trading in the 2005 for a newer vehicle. We were approached by Tristan who asked us some questions about what we were looking for; we spoke with him and even though it was late he still took the time go through the different models on the floor. We ended up leasing a new A4 and I couldn't be happier. So if you go to Audi Burlington be sure to always ask for Tristan. More
