I drove the car and after a couple days I noticed a winding sound coming from the rear wheel. I called Chambers and service guy said it was probably a wheel bearing. Scheduled an appointment, came in and waited a couple of hours until they said the car wouldn't be ready until next day. They gave me SQ5 loaner and called me next afternoon to tell me car was repaired. I returned the loaner, went to the cashier to retrieve key and cashier told me they would valet my car and no charge for the wheel bearing. If I had received an invoice, it would have been hotly contested but the fact that I didn't get one was amazing. My experiences at Quirk never came close to this. I wish I could remember the names of the folks in service...... great customer service experience! Thanks More
