Fantastic Buying Experience My wife and I were car shopping a little over a week ago and stopped in at Audi Burlington just to 'look' at a Q3. After a few minutes my wife saw the A5 Coupe and fell in love. From the beginning, Tres not only answered all of our queries, but was able to turn me back to being a car guy after being an SUV lover for the past 10 years. He took us on a test drive of a Sportback and absolutely fell in love with this car. Tres' knowledge about the car and ability to communicate its features with ease made us love the car even more. We were able to make a decision that afternoon and Tres and his team at Audi Burlington worked their numbers to get us a great deal with our car. Hands down, this was the BEST car shopping experience from start to end. Everyone there was very polite and attentive to our needs. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Audi models and was very helpful to me in making a decision to lease an SQ5. Working with Brendan was fun to work with and very enjoyable. He also was fair and straightforward--not a quality I associate tip car salesmen! I went home and told my wife that she should call Brendan and shop for a new car--she was driving a 2014 Allroad. The next day Brendan offered a very fair trade-in value for her car and we bought a new 2017 Allroad for a great price. Brendon is great to work with and he is the best salesperson we have every encountered. He still checks in to see if everything is alright with the cars. All in all, working with Brendan was a great experience! More
