My husband and I were working with a sales associate who seemed to understand what we were looking for. The associate called his sales manager (Nick Dota) who came over and became quite aggressive after a misunderstanding re:timing of availability of one of the cars we wanted (never offering a dealer swap, short term use of courtesy car, etc and instead trying to upsell navigation on a car on the lot). My husband tried to clarify his message, after which the sales manager shouted, "you must not be listening." My husband said, "excuse me?" The sales manager proceeded to throw our keys at my husband and told us to take our business elsewhere. He followed us out of the dealership shouting threats multiple times in front of at least five other customers (maybe more?) in the show room on the holiday weekend. He continued to scream as we drove away. Unfortunately, I think this had a lot to do with what we were wearing and not being taken seriously as a customer. Horrified, we thought this must be representative of a Herb Chambers dealership and not the Audi brand. Luckily, we were able to purchase the two cars we were looking for at another Audi location later the same day (which was able to easily accommodate our requests). More

A follow up to my email or a phone call would have gone a long way. FYI if you're thinking of buying/leasing an Audi, bank on any repairs taking months because the parts are slow to arrive. I wasn't the only person waiting over a month to get my Audi back. More

35K Service & Extra Jim is by far the best service man that we've encounter in the past. Hands down. Very straight upfront and courteous. He went beyond his duty to make sure that we are happy with the service performed. It was our 35K service for our vehicle. Front break pads and rotor were replaced promptly after Jim called to give us a quote. Though it's expensive given it's Audi OEM parts comparing to other vehicle brands, he found us a coupon to use which saved a bit money. There were minor scratches present in the front of the vehicles that I noted(not Audi's fault/cause). Jim agreed to take a look and arranged me to come in on a separate day. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes. The vehicle came out clean as before(95% of scratches were buffed out and gone, and I'm pleased with the outcome). I highly recommend anyone who's looking to service their Audi's. This dealership in my opinion is by far the best. Thank you Jim. More
Best Audi Dealership in New England! Jeff in the Audi service department is a rare find! He is a true Audi enthusiast and knows his stuff... He's been my A8 service rep for the past three Jeff in the Audi service department is a rare find! He is a true Audi enthusiast and knows his stuff... He's been my A8 service rep for the past three years and it's truly the best service I have received. He has an honest no pressure approach. I've been an Audi driver for ten years and have yet to find better service. I live an hour away from the dealership but continue to seek Jeff and his service team out for routine maintenance and repairs. Even last minute repairs on a Friday afternoon are a breeze after a quick phone call...and he even was able to secure a loaner last minute. As long as I drive an Audi, I will continue to seek out their service department. They are always flexible in accommodating my unusual schedule. In on instance, which speaks volumes to their level of service and commitment, Jeff arranged a conference call with the head service technician so he could better explain the diagnostics and what needed to be fixed, since I didn't initially understand the issue at hand... I've had my car service at five or sex other Audi locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and no one has come close to the level of service that Jeff and his team provide. Although I did not buy my Audi at this location, I will certainly be purchasing my next. I have bought within the Herb Chambers brand before and when I have consulted the sales staff at this location, they are polite, curteous, and nothing but professional. They have a customer for life... More
