I hit a pothole and damaged a tire. I was able to bring the car in immediately upon calling the Audi Burlington service line. Anthony was my service advisor. He was very competent an I was able to bring the car in immediately upon calling the Audi Burlington service line. Anthony was my service advisor. He was very competent and easy to communicate with about the car. He handled the process efficiently while clearly explaining what they would do to replace the tire and ensure there was no additional damage caused by the pothole ... and explained the cost The tire was replaced and a no-charge multipoint inspection was done that checked fluids, filters, steering, brakes, etc. and found no additional problems. The car was washed before it was returned to me. Everything checked was documented. When the work was completed Anthony explained in detail what had been done and what to look out for in the future regarding tire wear. He also provided me with a brief video made by the Audi technician who worked on the car summarizing what he did. The service was excellent and Anthony couldn't have been better as an advisor. More
