Queen for The Day! What can I say that I haven't said already about the dealership and service department? I purchased my A6 Aug 2014 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Mandy Wa What can I say that I haven't said already about the dealership and service department? I purchased my A6 Aug 2014 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Mandy Walter's knows me, my car, and my youngest son like the back of her hand. When I brought the car in for a detail she made sure that it was spotless! She even checked the car over again and found that the detailers missed a spot and knew immediately that I would not be satisfied with the outcome. So, she took the car back to the detailers and told them to FIX IT. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL KNOWING YOUR CLIENT! Mandy and Crown Audi are the best and treat me like family, yes family! I will never leave the Audi Brand and will continue driving past the Tampa Audi from East Brandon to get to CROWN! Lastly, AUDI CONNECT is the greatest! I never knew that such great service extended over to the Road Side Assistance. I found that out last September when I needed the service. I was so ecstatic to find that Sarasota Audi had the same attitude as Crown, which is to make the client comfortable and whole. WAY TO GO AUDI, I enjoy being a Queen for The Day when I arrive at Crown's Audi Dealership. Mandy, I would like to know if I can bring my 2500 Dodge Ram in for service there at Crown Audi, LOL? More

PHONE, TEXT AND EMAIL OVER THE COURSE OF 2 DAYS TO GET US IN THE VEHICLE, WITH FETURES THAT WE NEEDED FOR A PRICE THAT NO OTHER DEALERSHIP IN 6 OTHER STAES WOULD OR COULD COME CLOSE TO! THE MANAGMENT WORKED HANDS ON TO HELP IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE, TO GET THE SALE. HE WAS NOT PUSHY NOR THE NORMAL SALES AGGRESOR. IN FACT I CONTACTE HIM 3 WEEKS BEFORE ABOUT A VEHICLE, HE DID CALL ONCE YET DID NOT PUSH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND THIS SALESMAN. The typical car shopping experience is filled with pressure, and working with Britta, our sales rep., was not the typical one. Working with her felt as if we had been long time friends. I felt she had a clear sense of understanding of what I was looking for and trust that she would work closely with me to ensure I got exactly that.
