I cannot begin to explain how amazing the people at this dealership are. First of all they don’t just want to BS you into a car that’s worth thousands over MSRP just to make money. I was there and was greeted kindly and helped on the spot. I was offered refreshments and had a test drive scheduled within minutes. No hassle and great negotiations. I was even given pizza for me and my entire family to enjoy while waiting for the paperwork. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. Daniel was the best sales guy there and I will 1000% be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family. More

Dealer did not honor contracted lease buyout price, upcharged the contracted amount by over 1,000, added multiple dealer fees, inflated standard fees. Launched complaint with Federal consumer protection agency, with all documented details. Aweful docusign experience, wrong vin number, wrong drivers license number, wrong date of birth, delayed remittance to audi financial, causing them follow up with me numerous times as they didnt get their payoff timely. Seems chaos and confusion is part of the game they are running. Would never buy another audi, ...ever. More
